Refund and exchange Policies

Please understand that all sales are FINAL once the deposits are paid.
For in stock items: Cancellations are ONLY allowed if made known at least 3 days before delivery date. Strictly NO cancellation on delivery date.
For Pre-Order items: Cancellations is NOT allowed after we had placed order with our suppliers.
We regret that deposits are not refundable for cancellations.
Deposit refunds will only be made if item is out of stock.
In the event that the item is out of stock, customer can choose to change to another colour / design, or get a full refund of the deposit placed on that item.
All items will be checked before delivery.
No exchange of items unless we have delivered the wrong item.
Exchange will be made only if the item is returned in the original conditions within 7 days:
- Items shall be returned with full and original packaging, i.e. including uncut tags, labels, packaging bag, shopping bag, etc.
- Items with signs of tampering, washing or altering will not be eligible for exchange.
Confirmation Orders

- You will receive an email, confirming the details of your order, within 24 hours.
- For in-stock items (As indicate in the post),
* Full payment upon confirmation of order.
* Goods will be mail by post within 3 days after payment is received.
- For pre-order items (Without indication),
* Shipping of items from our supplier will required 2-3 weeks (depending on the stock availability) to reach us.
* We will send an email confirmation once we received your order.
* Orders will only be processed after receipt of full payment.
* Please make full payment within 3 days after receiving our confirmation email, otherwise the purchase order will be canceled and the ordered items will be released back to store.
* Goods will be send out within 3 days upon received the shipment from our suppliers.
